How should women use medication for cervical erosion? A guide to drug therapy for cervical erosion in women

Several methods of treating cervical erosion

1. Drug therapy

Drug treatment is one of the common methods for treating cervical erosion, which is mainly suitable for cases with small erosion area and shallow inflammatory infiltration. It is mainly based on external treatment, which is divided into two categories: Chinese medicine and Western medicine.

Western medicine treatments include the following:

1. Apply 10% to 20% silver nitrate solution to the eroded surface of the cervix and the cervical opening every day. After applying the medicine, apply it with a cotton swab made of physiological saline to avoid burning the local mucosa. Apply once a week, 2 to 4 times as a course of treatment.

2. Chromic acid corrosion: After flushing the local area with 0.1% Sanisol, protect the vagina, and apply saturated chromic acid with a cotton swab to the eroded surface. Take out the cotton swab after 1 minute and disinfect it with 75% ethanol. Apply the medicine once a month after menstruation.

3. Local use of antibiotics: such as metronidazole, sulfonamides, furazolidone, etc., once a day, 2 to 3 months as a course of treatment.

2. Chinese medicine treatment has the following treatment methods

1. Baofukang Suppository

Pure Chinese medicine Baofukang suppository is very effective in treating cervical erosion. It is a large formula that can completely cure first- and second-degree cervical erosion. It has a significant effect on severe cervical erosion combined with physical therapy. Many women have been successfully cured. When Western medicine treatment is not effective, it is recommended to use pure Chinese medicine suppository Baofukang suppository.

2. Medicinal oil recipe

Take 750g of sesame oil and 200g of lithospermum. Sieve the lithospermum to remove impurities, fry it in sesame oil until dry, filter out the oil, bottle and seal for later use. During treatment, use a dry cotton ball to gently wipe the cervical secretions, and use lithospermum oil to rub the cervix and upper vagina. Apply once every other day, and 10 times is a course of treatment. It is mainly used to treat cervical erosion. Sexual intercourse is prohibited during treatment, and the drug is stopped during menstruation.

3. Bitter Pig Gallbladder Recipe

Prescription: 10 pig gallbladders, 60 grams of pomegranate peel

Usage: Squeeze the bitter gallbladder dry, grind it into fine powder, add appropriate amount of nasal oil to make a paste. Use 50 grams of eucalyptus leaves, decoct in water to extract the liquid, clean the vagina, and then use a cotton ball with thread to dip the paste and insert it into the cervix, change it once a day.

3. Physical therapy

Physical therapy is the most widely used method in clinical practice. Physical therapy is suitable for various cervical erosions, especially for moderate and severe cervical erosions. Cervical scraping should be performed before treatment to exclude malignant or precancerous lesions.

4. Laser therapy

The principle of laser treatment is to use laser to burn the eroded surface, causing the diseased tissue to coagulate and necrotize, and squamous epithelium to regenerate.
