In the early stages of pregnancy, women mainly rely on the corpus luteum of the ovary to secrete progesterone, but by the eighth week of pregnancy, the placenta will become the main place for the production of progesterone. It will also synthesize other hormones such as β-chorionic gonadotropin and placental lactogen. If the placental endocrine function is insufficient, the secretion of these hormones will also be insufficient, leading to miscarriage.
2. Embryonic dysplasia <br/>If a woman has dysplastic embryos during pregnancy, the chance of miscarriage will increase greatly. Most miscarriages in the first two months of pregnancy are caused by defects in sperm and eggs, which prevent the embryo from developing completely. In this type of miscarriage, the original embryonic tissue cannot be seen in the discharge.
3. Systemic diseases of pregnant women <br/>If a pregnant woman suffers from certain systemic diseases, such as influenza, pneumonia, typhoid fever, etc., bacteria, viruses and other toxins may enter the fetus through the placenta, causing the fetus to be poisoned and die, and eventually lead to miscarriage.

5. Huge emotional changes <br/>If a pregnant woman has a relatively large emotional change, it may also cause miscarriage.
