What diet is helpful for pelvic inflammatory disease

In real life, many women have been plagued by gynecological diseases for several years, which have been repeated and unhealed, causing headaches for female friends. Pelvic inflammatory disease is one of the more common gynecological diseases. In addition to using medication, patients can also use diet therapy to achieve unexpected results. So, what kind of diet therapy is helpful for pelvic inflammatory disease?

Method 1: Longan porridge: 60g longan, 100g polished rice, a little brown sugar. Cut the astragalus into thin slices and wash the polished rice. Put the astragalus into a pot, add an appropriate amount of water, boil it over medium heat, remove the residue and take the medicinal juice. Put the polished rice into the pot, add the medicinal juice and an appropriate amount of water, stir it over high heat, then switch to low heat and cook until the rice is rotten and becomes porridge. Take twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening.

Method 2: Ginger and jujube porridge: 12 grams of fresh ginger, 6 jujubes, 90 grams of polished rice. Wash and chop the ginger, and cook porridge with jujubes and polished rice. Eat twice a day for breakfast and dinner, and can be eaten all year round.

Method 3: Shuangpi Soup: The raw materials used in the diet therapy of pelvic inflammatory disease are 50 grams of gourd shell, 30 grams of wax gourd peel, and 5 red dates. Add 400 ml of water to the above-mentioned medicines and boil until 150 ml, remove the residue and keep the juice, and take 1 dose per day.

Method 4: Black sesame and Poria porridge: 6 grams of black sesame, 20 grams of Poria, and 60 grams of polished rice. Chop the Poria, put it into the pot and boil it into soup, then add black sesame and polished rice to cook porridge. The diet therapy for pelvic inflammatory disease requires patients to take it twice a day, for breakfast and dinner, for 15 consecutive days.

Method 5. Yam porridge: 60 grams of dried yam or 120 grams of fresh yam, 60 grams of polished rice. Wash the yam and cut it into slices, and cook it with polished rice into porridge. Pelvic inflammatory disease diet therapy requires female friends to take it twice a day, breakfast and dinner, and can be eaten frequently.

Patients with pelvic inflammatory disease should pay attention to dietary conditioning and eat more high-protein and high-vitamin foods, such as lean meat, liver, tofu, fruits and vegetables, etc. At the same time, local hot compresses can be used for treatment, which can promote the natural absorption of inflammation, speed up blood circulation, and relieve the tissues with symptoms.
