Analysis of experience in the treatment of bacterial vaginosis

Among the various types of vaginitis, everyone must be more familiar with bacterial vaginitis, but not very familiar with it. In fact, bacterial vaginitis is also a relatively common vaginitis, but because of the different causes, the symptoms will also be somewhat different. So, what is the experience analysis of bacterial vaginosis treatment? Let's learn about it in detail!

1. Topical medication

Local medication is mainly to enhance the defense ability of the vagina. Generally, vaginal washing is used for treatment. Lactic acid, nitric acid or 1:5000 potassium permanganate solution can be used to wash the vagina. Before local medication, acetic acid solution can be used to wash the vagina to improve the efficacy. In addition, antibacterial spirit can be used for treatment!

2. Treatment with Chinese medicine

Among the treatments for bacterial vaginitis, Chinese medicine can also be used. The selection of Chinese medicine mainly focuses on clearing heat, drying dampness and killing insects. Commonly used ingredients are 30g of Sophora flavescens, 15g of Phellodendron chinense, 30g of Poria cocos, and 30g of Dictamni peel. After decocting in water, they are used to wash the vulva and vagina. Then, 9g each of Cnidium monnieri and Sophora flavescens are made into suppositories and placed in the vagina. This method is applied once a day, and 10 times is a course of treatment.

III. Systemic treatment

Although vaginitis is a local vaginal disease, in addition to local treatment, systemic treatment should also be taken into consideration during treatment. Due to the characteristics of bacteria parasitizing in many places in the human body, patients with bacterial vaginitis often have intestinal or urinary bacterial infections. Therefore, bacteria can not only parasitize in the folds of the vagina and vaginal mucosa, but also in the depths of the urinary tract and cervical glands. It is not easy to completely cure with local medication alone, and systemic medication is often required. When the bacterial test turns negative after treatment, it should be rechecked after the menstruation is over, and the medication should be continued for two courses after the menstruation to consolidate the therapeutic effect. Those who are negative after three consecutive months of reexamination are cured. In addition, it should be emphasized that patients and spouses should take medicine together to completely cure and prevent recurrence.

For friends with bacterial vaginitis, the most obvious symptoms are increased vaginal discharge and severe itching of the vulva. If not treated in time, it is likely to affect normal sexual life. Therefore, I hope that female friends can pay attention to bacterial vaginitis.
