Is there a high chance of curing dysmenorrhea?

Is the probability of dysmenorrhea being cured high? Dysmenorrhea is a common gynecological disease in clinical practice. Many women will face the trouble of dysmenorrhea. Some patients have mild dysmenorrhea, which has little impact on their life and work, while effective patients have a more serious condition and need active treatment. So, is the probability of dysmenorrhea being cured high?

First of all, I need to tell you that the cure rate of dysmenorrhea is still very high. As long as you pay attention to daily maintenance and conditioning, it is easy to cure dysmenorrhea. Dysmenorrhea patients should keep their bodies warm. When women have dysmenorrhea, they should keep their bodies relaxed, especially for the spasms and congestion in the pelvic area.

General treatment: Psychological treatment should be emphasized to understand that mild discomfort during menstruation is a physiological reaction. Analgesia, sedation and antispasmodic treatment can be given when necessary.

Drug treatment: Oral contraceptives that inhibit ovulation can be used to relieve dysmenorrhea, with an efficacy of more than 90%, and are mainly suitable for patients who require contraception. Drugs that inhibit uterine contractions can also be used, and the medication should be taken continuously for 2-3 days before menstruation or after dysmenorrhea occurs. Such as indomethacin suppositories, ibuprofen, ketoprofen, mefenamic acid, etc. The main side effects of this type of drug are gastrointestinal reactions and allergic reactions, and it is contraindicated for patients with gastrointestinal ulcers.

Patients with dysmenorrhea should avoid spicy food. Some patients with dysmenorrhea have heavy menstrual flow. Eating spicy, warm and irritating food will aggravate pelvic congestion and inflammation, or cause excessive contraction of uterine muscles, which will aggravate dysmenorrhea. Therefore, patients with dysmenorrhea should try to eat less or no spicy food such as chili pepper, pepper, garlic, onion, ginger, leek, chicken soup, durian and spicy condiments.

Patients with dysmenorrhea should not eat cold food. Women with poor gastrointestinal function should avoid eating raw, cold foods before and during menstruation, such as cold drinks, raw cold dishes, crabs, snails, clam meat, leeches, pears, persimmons, watermelons, bananas, bitter melon, mangosteen, mung beans, cucumbers, water chestnuts, grapefruits, oranges, etc., so as not to aggravate dysmenorrhea.
