How to prevent miscarriage in life

How should we prevent miscarriage in life? Because there are many factors that are harmful to pregnant mothers in life, so the chance of miscarriage is increased. Once miscarriage occurs, it will cause immeasurable harm to both the pregnant woman herself and the family. So how should we prevent miscarriage in life?

Giving birth to a healthy baby is what every expectant mother desires most. However, many expectant mothers are full of hope and joy in the process of nurturing their babies, but at the same time they encounter the trouble of spontaneous abortion. No matter what the cause of the miscarriage is, it will make pregnant women feel suffocated. Some pregnant women are trapped in a deep sense of guilt all day long, and the sense of loss and despair will be buried deep in their subconscious for a long time. Women who have experienced spontaneous abortion must pay attention to health care during pregnancy to avoid habitual abortion again. So how to prevent spontaneous abortion?

1. Pay attention to protection after pregnancy. Avoid exposure to toxic and radioactive substances. The net working time of computer work should be less than 20 hours per week. After pregnancy, pregnant women should try not to go to public places to avoid infection. Do not keep pets such as cats and dogs, because Toxoplasma gondii in pets can also cause infection in pregnant women and lead to spontaneous abortion.

2. Pay attention to rest and combine work and rest. Overwork can easily lead to spontaneous abortion, and too much rest can easily lead to dystocia, so a combination of work and rest is the best. In terms of diet, you should eat more eggs, milk, ribs, chicken, fish and other foods rich in protein and vitamins. Do not eat foods that are conducive to uterine contraction and have obvious abortion effects, such as kelp, turtle, etc.

3. Avoid sexual intercourse during pregnancy. A small number of women with clear causes of miscarriage, whose causes have been removed or whose miscarriage danger period has passed can have sexual intercourse appropriately. For example, habitual miscarriage due to corpus luteum deficiency usually occurs in early pregnancy. After supplementing progesterone to maintain pregnancy until 3 months of pregnancy, the embryo develops normally and the placenta can secrete a large amount of progesterone. Generally, miscarriage will not occur. Therefore, sexual intercourse can be appropriately performed after 3 months of pregnancy.
