Diagnostic criteria for endometrial tuberculosis

Diagnostic criteria for endometrial tuberculosis

If you have symptoms such as infertility, excessive menstrual flow, or lack of pleasure during sexual intercourse, then you should consider whether you have endometrial tuberculosis. However, it is far from enough to judge endometrial tuberculosis based on these symptoms alone. You need to go to a regular hospital for a series of diagnoses to confirm it. Let's take a look at what diagnoses need to be made.

Patients with endometrial tuberculosis may experience periodic bleeding in the rectum and bladder, painful bowel movements during menstruation, and periodic nodules and pain in the abdominal wall scars. If you have any of the above symptoms, you should go to a regular hospital for diagnosis and treatment in time.

Through B-ultrasound images, the B-ultrasound imaging system can judge the size and echo of each cystic cavity through the interval of echoes; the nature and source of the mass can be determined, and cyst fluid can be extracted or biopsied under ultrasound guidance. However, its disadvantage is that it is difficult to distinguish uterine adhesions.

Through X-ray angiography, gas or iodized oil angiography, it can be found that the imaging effects of each type are different in different positions. Most of them occur in the reproductive organs, which can effectively rule out other causes of infertility and a history of dysmenorrhea.

Through laparoscopic examination, under the microscope magnification, the lesions of endometrial tuberculosis can be observed clearly, and their color, shape, and size can be clearly seen; of course, during the diagnosis process, some other diseases may hinder the diagnosis, and corresponding diagnosis needs to be made.

However, before the diagnosis, you'd better tell the doctor what symptoms you usually have, so that the doctor can make a diagnosis based on your symptoms. This is a targeted diagnosis. Otherwise, blind large-scale diagnosis will increase the financial burden of patients and cause greater harm to patients. Finally, I would like to remind everyone that you must go to a regular hospital to treat endometrial tuberculosis, and you must not believe in advertisements and be deceived.
