How do we identify endometrial tuberculosis?

Many people in life will suffer from endometrial tuberculosis. This disease is extremely harmful to everyone. It will cause prolonged menstruation, abdominal pain, and affect women's menstrual changes. Therefore, women need to pay attention to the existence of this disease and pay attention to some treatment methods. What are the diagnostic methods for endometrial tuberculosis?

1. Understand the female medical history, with a focus on menstrual history, pregnancy and childbirth history, family history, and surgical history. Pay special attention to the relationship between the occurrence and development of pain or dysmenorrhea and menstruation and surgeries such as cesarean section, artificial abortion, and fallopian tube insufflation.

2. In pelvic endometriosis, the uterus is mostly posteriorly located, with poor mobility or is fixed; the characteristic physical signs are tender nodules in the uterosacral ligament and posterior fornix; in patients with ovarian endometrial tuberculosis, cystic masses adhered to the uterus or broad ligament and pelvic wall can be felt in the adnexal area, often with mild tenderness and poor mobility, and the cysts are generally smaller than 10 cm.

3. Laparoscopy is currently internationally recognized as the best method for diagnosing endometriosis. If typical lesions described in gross pathology are seen under laparoscopy, the diagnosis can be basically established, and intraoperative findings are also an important basis for clinical staging. Especially for patients with mild to moderate endometriosis, infertility and chronic pelvic pain caused by suspected endometriosis, and patients with pelvic tender nodules in gynecological examinations but no positive findings in B-type ultrasound examinations, laparoscopy should be used as the preferred diagnosis method if conditions permit. Laparoscopy is also the most commonly used method for treating endometriosis.

Everyone must pay attention to the differential diagnosis method of this disease, and also pay attention to reasonable treatment. Don't ignore the development of this disease. Pay attention to some treatment matters in daily life, pay attention to your own body changes, and pay attention to conditioning in daily life to effectively relieve the disease. Moreover, this disease can also cause dysmenorrhea. For patients, they must pay attention to active nursing treatment, should pay attention to more rest, and avoid excessive fatigue.
