Super fat burning power! Using elastic bands to train muscle strength can burn 100 calories in 10 minutes

I took out the resistance band that I bought a long time ago but never used, and followed the coach to quickly burn 100 calories in ten minutes. This set of training includes five movements in total, which can mainly train the arm muscles and the most difficult to lose weight on both sides of the gluteal muscles. It is recommended for beginners to use lightweight elastic bands, while experienced people can use medium-weight ones. A. Half squat push up

1. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart on the elastic band. Hold both ends of the elastic band with both hands.

2. Half squat, then push up to the highest point.

3. The modified version only requires pushing up to shoulder height.

B. Reverse Splits (exercises both sides of the gluteal muscles)

1. Step on the elastic band with one foot, hold the elastic band with both hands, and pull it in the opposite direction of your foot.

2. Repeat on the other side.

C. Front squat + uppercut

1. Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart on the elastic band.

2. Hold both ends of the elastic band with both hands and place them at about shoulder height.

3. Two forward squats, two uppercuts.

D. Lawn mower type

1. Lunge with your front foot on the middle of the elastic band.

2. Use the hand on the same side as your back foot to pull the elastic band up and then back.

3. Repeat steps 1-2 on the other side.

E. Side Step

1. Half squat, with your feet slightly wider than your shoulders, and hold the crossed elastic bands with both hands.

2. Step sideways to the left or right.

F. Perform two complete sets of AE movements.
