Early symptoms of endometrial tuberculosis

Early symptoms of endometrial tuberculosis

Uterine health is extremely important for women. We need to be vigilant in our lives. It has a direct impact on women's reproductive health. However, there are more and more patients with endometrial tuberculosis. The following briefly summarizes several common symptoms of patients with endometrial tuberculosis. I hope you can learn more about this disease.

1. Inability to get pregnant: The inability to get pregnant rate in patients with endometrial tuberculosis is more than twice that of normal women.

2. Dysmenorrhea: The pain is mostly in the lower abdomen, sometimes in the vagina, perineum, anus, and thighs. The pain starts and lasts 1 to 2 days before menstruation, and is extremely severe on the first day of menstruation. The pain is relieved and disappears after the menstruation is over.

3. Irregular menstruation: Sometimes the menstrual flow increases or the menstrual period is prolonged, and there is also spotting before menstruation.

4. Bladder symptoms: It is common in patients with endometrial tuberculosis that spreads to the bladder, with symptoms of periodic frequent urination and painful urination; when the bladder mucosa is invaded, periodic hematuria may occur.

5. Other symptoms: When tuberculous endometrium implants and grows in the extrapelvic tissue, nodular masses often appear at the lesion site, accompanied by periodic pain, bleeding, or a significant increase in the mass during menstruation, which shrinks after menstruation. Patients with intestinal endometrial tuberculosis may experience abdominal pain, diarrhea or constipation, and even periodic small amounts of blood in the stool. Severe intestinal endometriosis may cause intestinal obstruction symptoms due to compression of the rectum or sigmoid colon.

If you find yourself often having the above symptoms, you can go to a regular hospital for a checkup to confirm the diagnosis. I hope every woman has a healthy body and don't deprive you of your right to be a mother because of uterine health problems.
