Early prevention of hyperprolactinemia

Early prevention of hyperprolactinemia

Gynecologists say: The most prominent manifestation of hyperprolactinemia is hypogonadism, which is caused by elevated prolactin levels and is called hyperprolactinemic hypogonadism. Female patients may experience decreased libido and loss of sexual desire, which will be relieved after treatment as prolactin levels decrease. The pituitary gland and gonads themselves may also be abnormal. Long-term hyperprolactinemia can reduce the response of the gonads to gonadotropins. In women of childbearing age, hyperprolactinemic hypogonadism is mainly manifested as decreased menstruation or even amenorrhea, but it can also be manifested as menorrhagia or normal menstruation with infertility.

Gynecological experts remind: Hyperprolactinemia is a hypopituitarism disease. It is not only a female disease, but also a male disease, and it can cause infertility. Therefore, everyone must pay great attention to this disease to avoid delaying a lifetime of happiness. What should be paid attention to in the early prevention of hyperprolactinemia?

Prevention of hyperprolactinemia should include the following:

1. Strengthen physical fitness, improve health level, strengthen physical exercise, and do health gymnastics or yoga regularly.

2. People with hyperprolactinemia should avoid dairy products in their diet. They can eat more lettuce, kelp, salmon (with bones), sardines, etc., and reduce caffeine and alcohol.

3. Avoid mental stimulation, stabilize your emotions, and keep your qi and blood flowing smoothly. During menstruation, you should keep warm, especially below the waist. Keep your feet away from cold, avoid cold water, and avoid eating raw and cold fruits.

4. Drink more water or juice and maintain a regular sex life. Regular sex life will not easily cause the skin to get hot and can indirectly stimulate the degenerated ovaries to ease the hormone system and prevent a sharp drop in estrogen.

The above are the things you need to pay attention to in the early prevention of hyperprolactinemia. I hope it will be helpful to you.
