Laparoscopic examination: In patients with hyperprolactinemia, the capsule is thickened and pearly in color, with an uneven surface in about 73%, enlarged prolactin in about 80%, multiple prolactins scattered under the prolactin capsule, making the prolactin surface slightly protruding in about 71%, and increased blood vessels on the prolactin surface.
