Will cervical warts keep coming back?

When treating a disease, people always think that since the disease has been cured, there is nothing to worry about. In fact, many diseases still require a lot of attention after they are cured, because if you are not careful, the disease may recur. Cervical warts are such a sexually transmitted disease that is not only harmful and difficult to cure, but also recurs after being cured. So will cervical warts keep recurring?

If the patient follows the following points, there will be no recurrence.

Avoid indirect infection: Maintain good living hygiene habits, disinfect the living environment regularly, do not use other people's underwear, swimsuits and bathtubs; do not wash in the basin in public baths, showers are recommended, and do not sit directly on the bathtub seat after bathing; try to use squat toilets in public toilets; wash hands with soap before going to the toilet; do not swim in swimming pools with high density and poor disinfection.

Avoid unclean sexual behavior: Clinically, more than half of the patients are infected by unclean sexual behavior. One party in the family is infected from society and infects the spouse through sexual life. It is also possible to pass it on to other family members through close contact. This not only brings physical pain, but also causes family discord and mental stress. Therefore, improving sexual morality and avoiding extramarital sex are important aspects of preventing cervical warts.

Sexual intercourse should be prohibited during the illness, because if the disease has not been cured, sexual intercourse may lead to reinfection. If the spouse only undergoes physical therapy, although the visible cervical warts on the vulva have disappeared, the patient still carries human papillomavirus and should receive comprehensive treatment of oral and external wash medicines, and be re-examined after treatment. If sexual intercourse occurs during this period, condoms can be used for protection.

Maintain personal hygiene, wash the genital area every day, change underwear frequently, and wash your underwear separately. Even among family members, each person should have his or her own basin and towel.
