5 principles of diet control to eliminate stubborn fat

Many of our female compatriots must have had the same experience. Even if you have a standard weight, tenderloin, waist fat, and saddle fat are still with you. No matter how much you exercise, you can't lose weight. The stubborn fat that gathers into lumps is like a creditor that keeps pestering you! In addition to seeking fat-reducing surgery, nutritionists suggest that to eliminate stubborn fat, one should start from the source. Following these five dietary principles can effectively reduce the formation of stubborn fat.

Tomatoes are rich in dietary fiber, which can absorb excess fat in the intestines and excrete oil and toxins from the body.

Regular exercise will stimulate adrenaline to secrete catecholamine hormones, promote the decomposition of sugar in the body and increase blood sugar, thereby achieving the purpose of fat decomposition. However, as we age and our metabolism slows down, the fat tissue in special areas such as the waist, buttocks, and abdomen becomes insensitive to the stimulation of adrenaline, and turns into stubborn fat that is difficult to burn, making it naturally difficult to lose weight.

Huang Yunzhen, a nutritionist at the Songde Branch of the City United Medical College, suggested that in order to eliminate stubborn fat, in addition to the currently popular fat-reducing techniques, the most important thing is to start from the source. Even people who have undergone liposuction can still follow the following principles:

1. Eat less saturated fat

There are three types of fats that people consume: saturated fat, polyunsaturated fat, and monounsaturated fat. Animal fat, coconut oil and palm oil are saturated fats and should be consumed in moderation.

2. Eat less high-fat meat

Try not to eat or eat less meat with high fat content, such as sausage, bacon, hot dogs or pork, and replace it with meat with lower fat content such as fish and chicken, so that you can consume less fat.

3. Eat more fruits and vegetables

Fruits and vegetables are rich in fiber, which has many benefits to the human body and can effectively prevent fat saturation. However, if you eat vegetables regularly, you should add some foods rich in zinc, such as beans, dairy products and seafood.

4. Reduce fat absorption

Choose to eat low-fat dairy products such as skim milk, low-fat cheese, low-fat ice cream, etc. In this way, even if you can't control the urge to eat desserts, you can still reduce your fat intake. In addition, before eating chicken or duck, remove the skin and trim off any visible fat on the surface.

5. Choose your cooking method carefully

The best way to cook food is to boil or steam it, and avoid frying or braising it. This kind of food is nutritious and healthy. In addition, try seasoning your food with herbs, spices, lemon juice, mustard or vinegar to effectively reduce the absorption of fat in your food.

In addition, if the human body is in a state of excessive fatigue for a long time, such as lack of sleep, excessive exercise, insufficient rest, physical and mental tension, etc., the fat tissue will become insensitive to the stimulation of adrenaline, that is, it will become stubborn fat. At this time, short-term, intense exercise combined with adequate rest will be more effective than longer exercise. Therefore, getting enough rest, adequate sleep, avoiding excessive exercise, and relaxing the body and mind are also good ways to promote the burning of stubborn fat.
