What are the signs of cervical precancerous lesions?

What are the signs of cervical precancerous lesions? Cervical cancer is a common malignant tumor in women. There are no symptoms in the early stage, but after the disease, especially in the middle and late stages, the cure rate is very low. As a woman, you need to know more knowledge to protect yourself and understand the signs of cancer, which will have a significant effect on prevention and treatment.

1. Increased vaginal discharge. Clinically, about 75% to 85% of cervical cancer patients have increased vaginal discharge to varying degrees. Most of them are manifested as increased leucorrhea, which is often accompanied by changes in odor and color. Increased leucorrhea is caused by cancer stimulation. After the lesion, due to necrosis of the cancer tissue and infection, purulent, rice-like or bloody leucorrhea with a foul odor will flow out of the vagina.

2. Irregular vaginal bleeding. Especially for elderly women who have been postmenopausal for many years, the amount of bleeding is not much, and there is no abdominal pain, back pain and other symptoms, which are easily ignored. In fact, this irregular vaginal bleeding is often an early sign of cervical cancer. Many elderly patients come to the doctor for this symptom, get early diagnosis and timely treatment. Therefore, the elderly should be highly vigilant.

3. Contact bleeding. Bleeding is the most prominent symptom of cervical cancer. About 70-80% of patients with cervical cancer have vaginal bleeding. It is often manifested as vaginal discharge mixed with blood after sexual intercourse, gynecological examination, or when straining to defecate. If elderly women experience bleeding after sexual intercourse, do not always think that it is caused by improper sexual intercourse and ignore the possibility of cervical cancer. If bleeding occurs every time after sexual intercourse, it should be taken seriously and medical treatment should be sought in time.
