After closing the abdominal cavity, repeatedly flush the abdominal wall incision with saline to prevent the implantation of endometrial fragments.

5. Try not to have an abortion or perform other intrauterine operations to prevent the contents of the uterine cavity and decidua fragments from flowing back into the abdominal cavity through the fallopian tube and implanting. If you suspect that the endometrium is thick after long-term placement of the IUD, you should remove the IUD and use other contraceptive measures instead.
