3. During the ovulation period, underwear should be soft, made of cotton, and have good ventilation and air permeability. It should be washed and changed frequently, and the changed underwear should be placed in the sun to dry.

4. Don’t eat raw, cold, sour, spicy or other irritating foods during ovulation. Drink more water to keep your bowels open. People with hot blood should eat more fresh fruits and vegetables before menstruation, and avoid eating onions, garlic, leeks, ginger and other things that stimulate fire.

5. People with qi and blood deficiency during the ovulation period must increase their nutrition, such as milk, eggs, soy milk, pork liver, spinach, pork, chicken, mutton, etc., and avoid eating raw and cold fruits and vegetables.

Second, the dietary treatment of ovulation bleeding:

1. Celery and Lily Soup

30g dried celery, 15g daylily. Add appropriate amount of water, decoct and drink. It has the function of clearing heat and cooling blood. Celery and lotus root slice soup. 120g fresh celery and fresh lotus root slices, 15g cooking oil, a little refined salt. Wash the celery and lotus root, cut the celery into shreds, and slice the lotus root. Put the pot on high heat, add cooking oil, add celery and lotus root slices, add appropriate amount of refined salt, stir-fry for 5 minutes, add appropriate amount of water and cook, season with essence and eat. It can clear heat and cool blood.

2. Chinese Yam and Wolfberry Porridge

20g each of Chinese yam and wolfberry, 60g of rice. Wash and cook into porridge. It has the function of nourishing yin and stopping bleeding.

3. Raw earth porridge

30g of raw earth and 60g of polished rice. Wash and slice the raw earth, boil it twice with water, and take 100ml of juice in total. Wash the rice, add appropriate amount of water to cook porridge, pour in the juice and boil for another 10 minutes before taking. It has the functions of nourishing the kidney, cooling blood and stopping bleeding.

In general, due to the congestion of the pelvic cavity during menstruation, the uterine opening is loose and the resistance of the genitals is weakened, so attention should be paid to health care. Overwork should be avoided, cold and warm should be kept, raw, cold, spicy and other irritating foods should be avoided, bathing, sitting bathing or vaginal douching, swimming are prohibited, married people should avoid sexual intercourse, and keep the vulva clean.
