Modified Erdi Decoction:

Ingredients: 30g of raw rehmannia, 10g of Radix Rehmanniae, 15g each of Scrophularia, Fructus Ligustri Lucidi, Herba Ecliptae, Cuscuta, processed Polygonatum, and Sophora japonica seeds, 9g each of Ophiopogon japonicus, White Peony Root, and Cornus officinalis.

Decoction method: decoction in water, one dose per day, start taking the medicine on the 5th day of menstruation, take 15 doses in a row, and one course of treatment is 3 menstrual cycles.

Efficacy: Nourishing yin and clearing away heat.

Danzhi Xiaoyao Powder plus or minus:

Ingredients: 10 grams each of bupleurum, chuanxiong, raw rehmannia, white peony root, 9 grams each of scorched gardenia, madder charcoal, wolfberry, 15 grams each of sophora japonica charcoal, Eclipta prostrata, 10 grams each of mulberry leaf, and dodder seed.

Decoction method: decoction in water, one dose per day, start taking the medicine on the fifth day of menstruation, take 15 doses in a row, stop taking the medicine during the luteal phase and menstruation, and one course of treatment is three menstrual cycles.

Efficacy: Clears the liver and relieves depression, nourishes yin and stops bleeding.
