3 tea therapies suitable for amenorrhea patients

Women who have not had menstruation over the age of 18, or who have had normal menstruation but have stopped for more than 3 months, are said to have amenorrhea. Ingredients: 60 grams each of Salvia miltiorrhiza and brown sugar.

Efficacy: It has the effects of promoting blood circulation, removing blood stasis, nourishing blood and regulating menstruation. It is suitable for amenorrhea caused by insufficient yin blood and empty blood sea, which is manifested as pale yellow blood, mental fatigue, dizziness and tinnitus.

Rubia Drink

Ingredients: 60 grams of madder root.

Preparation: Decoction in water and drink instead of tea, twice a day.

Efficacy: It has the effects of promoting blood circulation, removing blood stasis, promoting qi circulation and relieving depression. It is suitable for amenorrhea caused by qi stagnation and blood stasis, liver qi stagnation, and poor blood circulation, accompanied by depression, abdominal distension, and flank pain.

Cyperus rotundus tea

Ingredients: 6 grams each of raw and fried Cyperus rotundus, and appropriate amount of brown sugar.

Preparation: Grind the above two ingredients into small pieces, add brown sugar, boil water, and take the juice. Drink it frequently instead of tea.

Efficacy: Mainly used to treat amenorrhea caused by qi stagnation, blood deficiency or blood stasis.
