Common manifestations of irregular menstruation in adolescent girls

After girls enter puberty, they often experience irregular menstruation, which mainly has the following three clinical manifestations.

1. No menstrual cycle

The common symptoms of menstrual irregularity in adolescence are that the menstruation is irregular and irregular. This is a common phenomenon of dysfunctional uterine bleeding in adolescence.

3. Late menarche

Some girls have their first menstruation late, often after the age of 18, and often have abnormal menstrual blood volume, which is clinically called oligomenorrhea. In addition, patients may also experience a gradual delay in the menstrual cycle, and in severe cases, they may even experience amenorrhea for several months, and have a significant increase in weight. Patients who eat less may also have an increase in body hair.
