Drinking tea selectively can relieve menstrual cramps

Many women may experience dysmenorrhea symptoms during menstruation. If dysmenorrhea is ignored and not treated, it may cause serious harm. Patients with dysmenorrhea can take medicinal teas before or during menstruation, such as dysmenorrhea tea, menstruation regulating tea, blood circulation tea, and rose tea, which have a certain effect on relieving dysmenorrhea.
