Who are most likely to suffer from cervical erosion?

Cervical erosion is a very common gynecological disease. Women who are susceptible to cervical erosion are mainly the following three groups:

1) Women who have had a miscarriage or given birth

Many female friends suffer damage to the cervical mucosa after gynecological surgeries such as abortion, childbirth and curettage, which then lead to bacterial or viral infection and cervical erosion. Therefore, female friends who have just had an abortion or childbirth should take early prevention measures to avoid the formation of cervical erosion and its deepening and severity.

3) Some young women who have not given birth

Cervical erosion is common in married women, but in recent years, more and more young women without children have been suffering from cervical erosion, becoming another high-risk group for cervical erosion. Most of these patients suffer from mild or moderate erosion. However, since the initial symptoms of cervical erosion are tolerable, it is not easy for patients to pay attention to it, and the opportunity for early treatment is lost; or because the patient's medication and treatment are incorrect, the cervical erosion recurs and becomes more serious.

In addition, moderate and severe cervical erosion is difficult to cure. If the treatment method is not chosen properly, it can easily cause cervical stenosis and affect fertility. Therefore, young infertile patients with cervical erosion should treat cervical erosion in a timely and correct manner to avoid serious consequences.

3) Women with unhygienic sex life

Women who have sex too early or do not pay attention to sexual hygiene are also prone to cervical erosion. Therefore, female friends should pay attention to personal hygiene and sexual partner hygiene, and promote scientific and healthy sex life.
