Traditional Chinese medicine and dietary remedies for treating amenorrhea

Traditional Chinese medicine says that medicine and food have the same origin. To treat amenorrhea, not only Chinese medicine conditioning is needed, but also a reasonable diet is very necessary. Only a diet suitable for your body constitution and effective Chinese medicine conditioning can effectively treat amenorrhea. Experts have several medicinal diet recipes for reference by patients with amenorrhea:

[Recipe 1]: 30g of turtle shell, 1 white pigeon, a little rice wine. Remove the hair and internal organs of the white pigeon, smash the turtle shell, put it into the pigeon's abdomen, add an appropriate amount of water and a little rice wine, stew it in a clay pot, season it and eat it. This recipe is suitable for amenorrhea caused by liver and kidney deficiency.

[Second recipe]: 90g Chinese yam, 30g chicken gizzard lining. Dry the two ingredients and grind them into fine powder. Take 12g each time, once a day. Take with glutinous rice wine or yellow wine. This recipe is suitable for amenorrhea caused by deficiency of qi and blood.

[Recipe 3]: 120g each of black fungus and walnut kernels, 240g of brown sugar, and appropriate amount of rice wine. Grind the fungus and walnut kernels into powder, add brown sugar and mix evenly, seal in a porcelain jar, take 30g each time, mix with rice wine, twice a day, take with rice wine. This recipe is suitable for amenorrhea caused by weak qi and blood.

[Formula 4]: 10g of Ze Lan leaves, 1 water fish, a little rice wine. Scald the live water fish with hot water, make it urinate, then cut it open and remove the intestines. Grind the Ze Lan leaves into powder, put it into the belly of the water fish (use both the shell and the meat), add an appropriate amount of clean water, put it in a clay pot and stew it, add a little rice wine and take it. Take it once every 1 day, and take it 3-5 times in a row for significant effect. This recipe is suitable for amenorrhea caused by yin deficiency and blood dryness.

Note: If patients with amenorrhea are not clear about their symptoms, they need to consult a doctor first, or consume under the guidance of a doctor.
