Self-suggestion relaxation training method Self-suggestion relaxation training method is called "self-command method". Use guiding phrases, self-suggestion, self-command, eliminate tension and fear, strengthen willpower, and maintain a calm and balanced psychological state. For example: "Although these feelings are terrible, they are not to be feared. I can change them." The guiding phrases are designed and formulated by the patient and do not need to be stereotyped or mechanically applied. They should be short, precise, fluent, and have the effect of inspiring willpower, self-command, and self-calmness.
