2. Danggui Yuanhu glutinous rice porridge: Danggui, Yuanhu, glutinous rice, brown sugar in appropriate amounts. Boil Danggui and Yuanhu for 20 minutes, take 800 ml of juice, then wash the glutinous rice, add the juice, boil over high heat, add brown sugar and stir well, then simmer over low heat until the rice is rotten and the soup is thick. Start taking it 3 days after menstruation and stop taking it 3 days before the next menstruation. Take it twice a day, warm on an empty stomach in the morning and evening. This is also a good dietary therapy for dysmenorrhea.

3. A small method for treating dysmenorrhea: Astragalus, Angelica, Rehmannia, White Peony, Artemisia argyi, Millettia reticulata. Grind the medicine into fine powder and take 10 grams once a day for 3 days before menstruation, with brown sugar and water. You can continue to take it after menstruation. This recipe is specially used to treat dysmenorrhea caused by weak qi and blood, small amount of light color, and dull pain in the lower abdomen during and after menstruation.
