3. A small method for treating dysmenorrhea: Astragalus, Angelica, Rehmannia, White Peony, Artemisia argyi, Millettia reticulata. Grind the medicine into fine powder and take 10 grams once a day for 3 days before menstruation, with brown sugar and water. You can continue to take it after menstruation. This recipe is specially used to treat dysmenorrhea caused by weak qi and blood, small amount of light color, and dull pain in the lower abdomen during and after menstruation.
