Analyze the causes of dysmenorrhea

Women, do you know why you have dysmenorrhea? Do you know the cause of your dysmenorrhea? Do you know what you should do to prevent dysmenorrhea? Do you know what harm will happen if dysmenorrhea is not treated? Many women will feel depressed when they have dysmenorrhea because they have started this inhumane pain. So, what is the cause of dysmenorrhea?

There are many reasons for dysmenorrhea. Prostaglandins are the cause of dysmenorrhea. Studies have found that patients with dysmenorrhea have increased uterine cavity pressure, increased contraction frequency, uncoordinated contractions and rhythm disorders, which lead to reduced uterine blood flow and hypoxia, causing severe pain in patients. When patients are given an intravenous injection of 250lug of B2 receptor stimulant mesalbutamol, uterine contractions disappear, local blood flow improves significantly, and pain is completely relieved. This shows that primary dysmenorrhea is caused by excessive uterine contraction causing myometrial ischemia.

Autologous hormones are also one of the causes of dysmenorrhea. Primary dysmenorrhea often occurs in the ovulatory menstrual cycle, indicating that primary dysmenorrhea is related to the release of autologous hormones after ovulation. The content of PGs in the endometrium also changes periodically. The concentration of PGFa gradually increases from the endometrial proliferation phase to the secretory phase, reaching a peak during the menstrual period. Adolescent girls do not ovulate and have no dysmenorrhea. At this time, the PCs content is only 1/5 of that in the ovulation cycle; after taking oral contraceptives, the amount of PGs in menstrual blood drops below normal levels. These phenomena indicate that ovarian hormone imbalance can affect the synthesis of D in the endometrium and cause dysmenorrhea.

There are also psychological factors that cause dysmenorrhea. Dysmenorrhea often occurs in women who are not mentally mature and have neurotic personalities. Some girls do not have enough knowledge of menstrual physiology and feel fear and anxiety when their period is approaching. Unfavorable stimuli such as stressful study and work, sudden changes in the environment, and unhappy moods can all cause dysmenorrhea through the hypothalamus-pituitary-ovarian axis, leading to changes in hormones in the body.

The main causes of dysmenorrhea are the above points. Now, after knowing the causes of dysmenorrhea, we can formulate some methods to prevent dysmenorrhea based on these causes. For dysmenorrhea, experts recommend that you should not endure the pain and must go to the hospital for diagnosis and treatment.
