What are the symptoms of a ruptured ovarian cyst? Is it serious?

"Ruptured ovarian cyst" refers to the formation of a mass inside or on the surface of the ovary. The symptoms of ovarian cysts are usually liquid, sometimes solid, or a mixture of liquid and solid. Ovarian cysts are usually small, similar to the size of a pea or cashew. Some cysts grow like a softball or even larger. At the same time, cyst rupture is a more serious symptom, so patients should seek timely treatment when they suffer from ovarian cysts.

Patients can use self-treatment:

1. Rub your palms to warm them up, then push your palms down to rub your lower abdomen several times, and then use your palms to massage the inner thighs several times, applying more techniques to the painful areas until you feel the heat. Finally, rub your lumbar sacral area several times with your palms, and then use the rubbing method for 2 to 3 minutes to transfer the heat to your lower abdomen.

2 Application: ① Sophora flavescens suppositories, each weighing 1.2 grams, 1 pill per night, inserted deep into the vagina. ② Funing suppositories, each weighing 1.6 grams. Rinse the vagina before going to bed, insert a Funing suppository into the deep vagina, and then use a walnut-sized sterile cotton ball to insert it into the vaginal opening to prevent the drug from leaking out. The above method is suitable for those with thick and yellow leucorrhea. ③ 3 grams of alum and 6 grams of Cnidium monnieri, grind them into fine powder, mix them with wax into pills as big as marbles, wrap them with sterilized gauze and insert them into the vagina, change them once a day until they are healed. It is used for those with thick and thin leucorrhea that has not been cured for a long time.

3 Fumigation and washing: 30 grams of Cnidium monnieri, 30 grams of Sophora flavescens, 15 grams of Alumen, 10 grams of Phellodendron chinense, decocted in water, first fumigate and then sit-bathe the genitals. Suitable for those with thick and yellow leucorrhea.

2-3 days after treatment, there will be a large amount of bloody or yellow watery secretions from the vagina, and sanitary napkins are often needed, which usually stops after about 3 weeks. If there is too much vaginal secretion and it irritates the vulva, you can use warm water or 1:5000 potassium permanganate solution to clean the vulva once in the morning and evening. Wear cotton underwear at ordinary times and change and wash it frequently to keep the vulva clean. Temporarily refrain from sexual intercourse for 1-2 months. Do not swim in the swimming pool.
