Can cervical lesions heal themselves? There are 3 treatments for cervical lesions

Cervical lesions are divided into grades one, two and three. If the cervical lesions are at grade one, self-healing can be achieved by improving one's own immunity and removing the diseased tissue by forceps during biopsy. If the cervical lesions are at grade two or three, it is difficult to heal oneself and it is necessary to actively use drug therapy, physical therapy, surgical treatment, etc. to achieve the goal of cure.

Clinically, cervical lesions are divided into three levels, namely cervical intraepithelial neoplasia grade I, II and III. Some people believe that when cervical intraepithelial neoplasia is mild, it can heal itself without treatment; some people believe that it is a precancerous lesion and must be actively treated, otherwise cancer will occur. So, can cervical lesions heal themselves?
1. Can cervical lesions heal themselves?
1. Mild cervical lesions can heal on their own
(1) Self-healing can be achieved by improving immunity . Cervical lesions are divided into three levels. If the cervical intraepithelial neoplasia lesions are still at level one, it indicates that the condition is relatively mild. At this time, if you can actively exercise and improve your body's immunity, the disease may transform into normal, and there is a possibility of self-healing.
(2) Self-healing can be achieved by removing the diseased tissue with forceps during biopsy
Because cervical lesions can turn into cancer, a biopsy is generally required when this disease occurs. If a small piece of the diseased area is removed with forceps during the biopsy and the lesion does not continue to develop, this can be considered as self-healing.
2. Severe cervical lesions cannot heal on their own
If cervical lesions have reached grade two or three, they are already precancerous lesions and the condition is relatively serious. The possibility of self-healing is very small at this time and active treatment is necessary, otherwise cervical cancer may occur.
2. Treatment of cervical lesions
1. Drug treatment
There are many types of cervical lesions. If it is cervical lesions such as cervicitis, and the condition is relatively mild, you can use anti-cervical inflammation tablets, levofloxacin, metronidazole and other drugs to fight bacteria and inflammation and relieve the condition.
2. Physical therapy
If chronic cervicitis causes cervical erosion and other cervical lesions, you can also choose physical therapy methods such as laser therapy and cryotherapy, which can relieve the condition and play a role in curbing further development of the disease.
3. Surgical treatment
If there are cervical lesions such as cervical polyps, cervical cysts, cervical precancerous lesions, cervical carcinoma in situ, etc., it is best to undergo surgical treatment as soon as possible. Benign lesions can be effectively solved through surgical treatment. Even for cervical cancer, if it can be detected and treated early, the goal of cure can be achieved.
