Itching of the lower body and abnormal vaginal discharge are usually related to infection or inflammation of the reproductive system. Vaginitis is one of the most common causes, including bacterial vaginitis, candidal vaginitis and trichomoniasis. Sexually transmitted infections require the selection of antibiotics or antiviral drugs based on the specific pathogens. In daily care, keep the vulva clean and dry, avoid excessive cleaning with soap or lotion, choose cotton underwear and change it frequently. In the diet, you can add foods rich in probiotics, such as yogurt, to help maintain the balance of vaginal flora.
