Causes of ovarian cyst rupture:

First, spontaneous rupture occurs due to the continued expansion of follicular hematoma or corpus luteum hematoma, and the internal pressure increases to a certain extent. The causes of this rupture are quite diverse, generally there are three situations:

1. Changes in ovarian function: Excessive cold or hot baths, long-term use of estrogen or progesterone can cause changes in ovarian function, or the influence of the autonomic nervous system can cause the ovarian enzyme system to be overactive, resulting in bleeding tendency or coagulation disorder.

2. Blood changes: Before menstruation, infectious diseases, anemia, malnutrition or other conditions may cause partial damage to platelets and changes in blood components, leading to bleeding.

3. Ovarian congestion: Ovarian congestion caused by ovarian compression torsion or uterine prolapse, long-term vaginal irrigation and other mechanical factors or pelvic inflammation, acute or chronic appendicitis.

Second, the ovarian cyst ruptures due to direct or indirect external force. Common causes may include sexual intercourse and increased intra-abdominal pressure.

How to prevent ovarian cysts:

2. To prevent ovarian cysts, women should pay attention to their daily diet. Tobacco and alcohol are extremely acidic substances. Women should eat more light food, eat more lean meat, eggs, chicken and fish, etc. Do not eat too much salty and spicy food, and do not eat overheated, overcooled, expired and spoiled food.

3. Maintain a good mood, properly reduce stress, combine work and rest, and don't be too tired. Chinese medicine believes that stress leads to physical weakness due to overwork, which in turn leads to reduced immune function, endocrine disorders, metabolic disorders in the body, and accumulation of acidic substances in the body. Stress can also lead to mental tension, qi stagnation, blood stasis, and internal toxic fire.
