They are often more severe after fatigue, sexual intercourse, and before and after menstruation.

Infertility is the most common symptom of pelvic effusion. If a female friend suffers from inflammation that causes blockage of the fallopian tubes, infertility will occur. Generally, during clinical examination, it will be found that the patient's uterus is in a retroverted position, which restricts its movement, or adhesions have occurred.

Treatment of pelvic effusion is actually treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease. Pelvic inflammatory disease causes adhesion of local connective tissue in the pelvis, making it difficult for drugs to reach the lesion site; at the same time, specific pathogens cannot be found in pelvic inflammatory disease, so the use of antibiotics is not particularly targeted and the efficacy is difficult to guarantee.
