Symptoms of adnexitis include: 1. Fever: High fever occurs at the onset of the disease, 39-40, there may be chills or cold wars, followed by irregular relaxation of fever. If the inflammatory lesions are isolated due to adhesions, the body temperature can drop rapidly; if the high fever drops once and rises repeatedly, it means that the inflammation spreads or purulent lesions are produced. The pulse rate acceleration is proportional to the body temperature. If the two are not proportional, the inflammation may spread widely. Dysmenorrhea: Stasis dysmenorrhea caused by pelvic congestion, most of the abdominal pain starts a week before menstruation, and the closer the menstruation is, the more severe it is until menstruation comes. 2. Signs: Early symptoms of adnexitis include obvious tenderness in the lower abdomen, which is most obvious above the midpoint of the inguinal ligament. In severe cases, the patient refuses to be pressed, has rigid abdominal muscles, and obvious rebound pain. Gynecological examination shows purulent vaginal discharge and varying degrees of redness and swelling of the cervix. Bimanual examination shows severe cervical lifting pain, and the pelvic condition is difficult to ascertain due to tense abdominal muscles. Under normal circumstances, the uterus is relatively fixed and has severe tenderness. The tenderness of the adnexal areas on both sides is obvious, and it is not easy to feel the adnexal mass. 3. Onset: Lower abdominal pain starts slowly and gradually worsens. It is common in internal genital inflammation, such as adnexitis, pelvic inflammatory disease, etc. 4. Malignant tumors can cause other symptoms that gradually worsen: such as increased leucorrhea, pain, gastrointestinal disorders, fatigue, labor effects or intolerance, neuropsychiatric symptoms and depression. The most common symptoms of adnexitis are vulvar itching, lower abdominal pain, lumbar pain, etc. This pain often worsens before menstruation. 5. Abdominal pain: The most common symptom of adnexitis is abdominal pain, but the degree of abdominal pain varies from person to person. It is usually dull pain, and may be accompanied by back and sacral pain, swelling, and falling. The symptoms of abdominal pain may worsen after fatigue. |
