Do: Take a bath to drain away the swelling / Don’t: Staying wet or sitting still for long periods of time

A body shape with fat in the lower body is also called a "pear-shaped body". Its main body shape features narrow shoulders, thin waist, plump thighs and round buttocks. If a woman's waist-to-hip ratio exceeds 0.8, she has a "pear-shaped body" with fat in the lower body. If a man's waist-to-hip ratio exceeds 0.9, he has an "apple-shaped body" with fat in the upper body. Traditional Chinese medicine believes that the "pear-shaped figure" with fat lower body but not upper body is a typical case of phantom obesity caused by heavy dampness and cold body. As long as the dampness in the body is eliminated, it will have a good effect on improving obesity in the buttocks.

Bathing recipe for draining water and reducing swelling

Adding Chinese herbs to the water for bathing is a common treatment in TCM for removing dampness and keeping warm. The warm effect of warm water helps blood circulation, enhances perspiration, and promotes metabolism. It can not only relax the mind but also improve the problem of lower body obesity.

Material:

3 qian of lotus leaf, 2 qian of corn silk, 10 g of lemongrass, 2 citrus peels (such as orange, tangerine, grapefruit).

method:

1. Wash the Chinese medicinal materials and put them into a gauze bag.

2. Pour about 35°C ~ 40°C hot water into the bathtub, put in the Chinese medicine bag and soak for about 10 minutes.

3. After washing your body, you can start taking the Chinese medicine bath. After soaking for 10 to 15 minutes, you should rest for 3 to 5 minutes. The soaking time should not exceed 30 minutes.

effect:

The "Drainage and Swelling-Reducing Bath Recipe" can improve circulation, promote diuresis and reduce swelling, and improve edema-type obesity in the lower body. If you feel dizzy, palpitations, chest tightness or other discomfort while taking a bath, stop taking a bath immediately; in addition, it is best to take a bath 2 hours after a meal, not immediately after a meal.
