1. Pay attention to the ratio of vegetables to meat:

Vegetable: meat = 2:1 ratio. Barbecue parties tend to be too greasy, so it is recommended to eat it with fresh fruits and vegetables. It is best to have a 2:1 ratio of vegetables to meat to achieve a balanced diet.

2. More lean meat:

Try to choose parts with a high proportion of lean meat, or remove the fat, but not too much.

3. Homemade barbecue sauce:

Barbecue sauce and pickled foods can easily lead to high sodium and salt intake, so they should be used in moderation. Alternatively, you can make your own barbecue sauce with soy sauce, onions and garlic to reduce the burden.
