Preparation for beautiful breasts

In the previous chapter, we strengthened the distorted and damaged body by building basic movements. Here we will continue with the preliminary preparations for special strengthening for beautiful breasts. Adjusting your upper body to support your breasts is the shortcut to beautiful breasts.

Please take a look at the photos below. First up is the photo on the right. Rounded shoulders will cause a hunchback, which will cause the chest to sag forward and the belly to bulge out. In contrast, in the photo on the left, the shoulders have returned to their correct position and the thoracic spine is upright. In this way, the chest lines become more beautiful and the abdomen becomes flatter.

This time, the focus will be on the "shoulder hunch" and "thoracic spine curvature" that occur when working at a desk for a long time, doing housework, or overusing mobile phones and computers, and we will make thorough improvements to these bad body shapes. Make sure to adjust the upper body foundation that supports the breasts and be prepared for breast enhancement exercises.

Stretching exercises to improve shoulder retraction①

The reason why the shoulders are hunched is that the shoulders are kept forward all the time. Hunchback refers to the arc-shaped state of the spine. Most people have the habit of hunching their shoulders due to hunchback. Shoulder hunchback is mostly caused by the shoulder blade bending forward, which is the cause of shoulder stiffness. If left alone, many people will suffer nerve compression in the arm and cause paralysis.

When doing breast exercises, the main focus is on stimulating the upper part of the pectoralis major muscles. If you maintain a retracted shoulder position while doing breast exercises, the stimulation cannot be transmitted to the pectoralis major muscles. In the end, you may end up exercising your arms instead of your chest (resulting in strong muscles growing in your arms). First, use the plastic bottle you have on hand to return your shoulders to the correct position.

Stretch the thoracic spine to make it upright

The bones of the back are called the cervical vertebrae, thoracic vertebrae, and lumbar vertebrae from the top. If the thoracic vertebrae are bent, it will cause hunchback. If the curved thoracic spine can be corrected, the hunchback will naturally improve, and it will also help with breast beauty. Perform this stretch within your range of motion without strain.

Hold a 1L plastic bottle in both hands and sit on a chair with a backrest. Stretch your hands forward parallel to the floor, then lift the plastic bottle above your head, lift it behind your back without any effort, and then return to the starting position. Repeat this movement for 60 seconds.

Chapter 5 Method Breast Massage

Here we introduce breast massage that can be done after finishing the previous exercise or taking a shower. By allowing blocked lymph fluid to flow and giving it gentle stimulation, you can instantly achieve firm and beautiful breasts.

It promotes lymphatic and blood flow, creating a sense of firmness and elasticity.

Bimune Massage Method 1 – Use your fingers to massage your underarms (lymph nodes in the armpits)

Raise your right hand above your head and apply pressure with your left thumb on the hollow under your armpit. Apply stimulation along the path of the hollow of the armpit, from the end of the biceps to the top of the chest, with a pressure that does not feel painful. Proceed in the same manner on the other side.

There are axillary lymph nodes under the armpits. The stagnation of lymph flow here is the cause of biceps relaxation, edema, and sagging breasts. If you feel a little hard when pressing the lymph nodes here, it is evidence of axillary lymph node obstruction. Please massage carefully.

In addition, fatigue substances also accumulate in the axillary lymph nodes. During breaks at work, if you feel tired, you can massage your armpits several times, which can also effectively relieve fatigue.

Bimune Massage Method 2—Use 2 fingers to massage around the collarbone (clavicular lymph nodes)

Make a fist with your right hand, slightly protruding your index and middle fingers, and place it on your left clavicle. Use two protruding fingers to pinch the clavicle as if to clamp it, and slowly press and move from the inside to the outside. Proceed in the same manner on the other side.

The clavicle has clavicular lymph nodes, which are particularly prone to accumulating old waste even among the many lymph nodes in the body. Like the axillary lymph nodes, clavicular lymph node blockage can also cause sagging breasts. So please massage carefully and gently once a day.

In addition, by massaging the clavicle lymph nodes, the lymph fluid around the neck and face will flow better, and it also has the effects of eliminating edema, making the face smaller, and lengthening the neck.

Bimune Massage Method 3

Finish with gentle stimulation around the chest area. By directly massaging the area around the chest, blood circulation around the chest can be promoted, and the secretion of female hormones can also be promoted. The secretion of female hormones decreases with age. Daily massage, even a little bit, can promote secretion, which is very important for maintaining beautiful breasts. It is recommended to use a gel or cream that promotes blood circulation. It would be even better if it is a cream specifically for the breasts.

Gently stimulates the breasts while also concentrating fat

Place your right palm on the outside of your left chest, then place your left hand on top and gently push toward the center. Move both hands down to the lower left chest and lift the chest from the bottom to the top. Place your hands in the center of your chest and press outwards. This is a massage to allow the fat on the left side of the back and abdomen to gather on the chest. Proceed in the same manner on the other side.
