Kang So-ra is more beautiful in person than she looks on TV. It's not the TV's problem, but her posture. In order to improve this, we must first highlight the advantages of her figure.

Kang So-ra's perfect legs can be said to be 10 out of 10! The curves of her legs are the most beautiful of all the girls I have ever seen! Her calves are as long as her thighs, and her legs are as perfectly proportioned as a Barbie doll's. If you stretch your legs straight, they will look longer. But long legs alone cannot be considered perfect, because the waist is too short and at first glance it looks like a straight body shape, so it is not that curvy.

In order to help Kang So-ra have a slim waist and improve the round neck and shoulder lines that bothered her, I designed a stretching course that would give her more perfect and graceful curves. In order to correct turtle neck, you need to stretch your neck first and exercise your back muscles so that your shoulders do not shrink together and can expand the shoulder curve. In addition, in order to show the waist curve, the most important thing in the course is to train the lines on both sides of the waist.

Exercise waist and back curves

❶ Stand with your legs in fifth position and your arms in third position.

❷ Stretch your right foot forward with your toes touching the ground.

❸ Turn your body to the right and stretch your right arm down to the side of your waist, making sure your arm muscles feel stretched. Repeat the same movement eight times.

❹ Next, turn your body to face forward, put your hands behind your back and clasp them together, feeling your back being stretched. Push your chest forward and lift your head up. Relax the knee of the front leg and feel your back and waist being stretched.

❺ Move your center of gravity to the center, bend the knee of the back leg slightly, and feel the back and waist being stretched.

❻ Stand with your legs in the fourth position, lift your left foot slightly backward, put your arms in the second hand position, maintain balance, and maintain this position for eight seconds.

❼ Lift your left leg up, perpendicular to your right leg, and raise both arms up to form a three-hand pose.

❽ Repeat the same action on the other side.
