It actually refers to high-intensity activities in a short period of time during the day, and the continuous exercise time is about two minutes, and it can be easily integrated into our lives.

A sports snack strategy that doesn't require you to take time out to move to the gym can benefit your body by improving cardiovascular function, increasing endurance, and improving flexibility and muscle strength. Therefore, everyone must find a form of exercise that suits their busy life, such as upper and lower limb stretching, lunges, squats, jumping jacks, stair climbing, ultra-slow jogging at a frequency of 180 steps per minute, stretching and reviving Qigong ultra-slow jogging to stimulate the Yongquan acupoint, and other simple exercises. These can be performed naturally at any time of the day without the need for additional equipment and can be executed more easily.

Director Li Huiling said that there are many kinds of snacks, some good and some bad. We should choose the right snacks, such as nuts, which can not only temporarily relieve hunger but also benefit our health.
