Let me introduce to you a sweet soup that I often drink - Tremella, longan and red dates soup! Ingredients/

100g white fungus (wet), 20g longan, 30g red dates, appropriate amount of rock sugar, 500cc water

practice/

  1. Wash the white fungus and soak it in water until it is soft.

  2. Use scissors to cut off the stems, and then cut the white fungus into small pieces or crushed pieces.

  3. Put all the ingredients in the rice cooker and cook.
