A great way to lose weight and slim your waist! 3 steps to transform into a "slimming refrigerator"

A barbecue restaurant was once exposed for storing expired large intestines that had been stored in its freezer for eight years, which caused an uproar in the society. The word "evil" alone could not describe this. However, have you ever checked your own refrigerator to see if it also stores expired or even moldy food? Not to mention that a messy refrigerator is like a "black hole box". Japanese experts remind you that the things in the refrigerator are equivalent to your body. The key to weight loss actually lies in the refrigerator. Just follow these 3 steps and you can turn a "fat refrigerator" into a "slimming refrigerator"!

Have you ever had friends over to your house but didn’t want to open the refrigerator in front of them? It's the same reason why you don't want to open your closet in front of others, simply because the things inside are crammed together and not sorted out, so it looks just a mess. Japanese athlete diet consultant Aya Murayama once looked at more than 200 refrigerators and conducted surveys on how to use the refrigerators, the items stored in them, and the body types of the refrigerator owners. So, he concluded: Even if you don’t exercise or diet, you can lose weight as long as you “change the way the items in the refrigerator are arranged”!

If you still treat your refrigerator as a trash can, don't like to tidy it up, and use it as a "black hole box", not only will you not lose weight, but it will also harm your health, because a person's body is made up of the food we eat. In fact, as long as you change your refrigerator, you will start to lose weight slowly! What to do? In her new book "Slimming Refrigerator: What's in the Refrigerator = Your Body", Aya Murayama said that to turn your home refrigerator into a "slimming refrigerator", just follow these 3 steps:

1. Take out everything in the refrigerator:

Take out all the things in the refrigerator and put them on the ground. You will be surprised how many things there are. The benefits of taking out all the things include: you can grasp the total quantity, know how many repeated foods there are, know whether the nutrition is balanced, and know whether you should eat it just by touching it.

There are three important steps to turn your home refrigerator into a "slim refrigerator".

2. Decide whether to throw it away or keep it:

The second stage is to start deciding whether to throw things away or put them back in the refrigerator. The advantage of throwing things away is that it reduces the amount of things in the refrigerator and makes it easier to see them clearly. Once the refrigerator is clean, you can see at a glance the "things that will make you fat" and the "things that won't make you fat", and you will know what you should eat. Simply put, "slimming down your refrigerator is equivalent to slimming yourself down." Things that should be discarded include things that emit odors, have no lids, are sticky, have expired, are high in sugar and fat, and more than two types of powder, such as wheat flour, potato starch, okonomiyaki powder, pancake powder, tempura powder, etc. When practicing the "slimming refrigerator", you must abide by the "no more than two types of powder" rule.

3. Put the ingredients back to their fixed position in the refrigerator:

The key to a slimming refrigerator is to decide on a fixed position, fill up the space for "things that won't make you fat", and keep the space for "things that will make you fat" empty. This is the "decoration that won't make you fat". Because of this layout concept, it is easier to detect nutritional imbalances, so meals that are easy to lose weight can be prepared without changing the portion size. Ingredients are stored according to nutrients, so try not to take ingredients from the same section of the refrigerator to prepare meals. If you do this, you can lose weight!

Reminder: if the refrigerator is filled with things, the food will not be "thick and hard to freeze", which will make it easy to spoil and difficult to clean. However, as long as you slowly change the refrigerator into a "slim refrigerator", it will become fresh and cleaning will not be so troublesome.

It is recommended to clean the refrigerator at least once a month by wiping the inside and outside of the refrigerator with alcohol spray; conversely, if the refrigerator is so full that it cannot be cleaned once a month, it means that the refrigerator has "too much food". Remember that if there is nothing in the refrigerator, you cannot eat it, so don’t put things that “will make you fat” in the refrigerator. This is the iron rule of practicing the “slimming refrigerator”!
