Being thin is the result of eating! Must-eat breakfast

Do you stop eating to lose weight? A slim figure cannot be achieved by dieting, especially breakfast must be eaten, and the right foods must be chosen! Foreign surveys have found that people with a slim and fit figure eat breakfast almost every day, and often eat foods such as chicken, bread, and milk that do not seem to help them lose weight. According to the British Daily Mail, the Cornell Food and Brand Lab at Cornell University in the United States conducted a study to find out what people who have a slim figure without deliberately losing weight usually eat.

The researchers conducted an online questionnaire survey and collected data from a total of 147 people. The respondents were all people whose body shape was within the healthy standard, whose weight remained stable, and who had not received weight loss consultation. Their average body mass index (BMI) was 21.7, which was considered a healthy body shape. 72% of them were women.

The Skinny Diet Revealed

Breakfast / 96% of people eat breakfast. The most common foods include fruit (51%), dairy products (41%), cold cereal or granola (33%). In addition, about 30% of people will eat bread, eggs, and hot cereal.

Lunch and dinner: More than one-third of the respondents eat salad for lunch every day and vegetables for dinner, while the favorite meat for most people is chicken, which is low in fat.

Snacks/ Stop eating cakes and biscuits for afternoon tea, the most common snack for these respondents is fruit! The second most common food is nuts.

Beverages/ Nearly 70% of people here never drink soft drinks (such as soda), or only drink sugar-free versions, and only 10% of them drink cola. In addition, nearly 20% of people do not drink alcohol.

Exercise/ Nearly 40% of the respondents exercise 1 to 3 days a week, and only 10% do not exercise at all.

Foreign surveys have found that people with a well-proportioned body often eat salad for lunch, but they also like to eat chicken. Remind the public that a balanced diet is the only way to take into account both health and body shape!

Eat three balanced meals and eat more healthy food

The researchers said that this study shows an important message, that is, slim people almost all eat breakfast, and this result also echoes previous studies that emphasize the importance of breakfast. Moreover, these people not only eat breakfast regularly, they also choose healthy foods such as fruits and vegetables. The research was presented at Obesity Week 2015 in Los Angeles, USA.

In addition, nearly half of the respondents in this study did not diet, and more than 10% even said that they did not weigh themselves at all! Many people do not eat staple foods and skip breakfast in order to lose weight. However, only by having three regular meals, balanced nutrition and healthy ingredients can you maintain normal body metabolism and help you get a slim figure, rather than simply reducing calories!
