With just a towel, Akemi Katsuki teaches you how to flatten your belly and lift your butt

Akemi has a nice and toned body, which she achieved through training at home. She said: "At first I went to the gym, but later I realized what I needed, so now I look for exercise moves on Instagram, watch them and learn them myself."

Use a towel to flatten your belly

This movement looks simple, but it is guaranteed to make you breathless while doing it, and even your sense of balance will be revealed immediately.

  • Tools: A long towel.

  • step:

    1. Sit on the ground with your feet shoulder-width apart and arched.

    2. Twist and roll up the towel, holding one side with each hand.

    3. Hold the towel with both hands and place it flat on your lower abdomen.

    4. To begin, pull the towel with both hands quickly across your feet to the bottom of your thighs, stopping at your hips.

    5. Return to your lower abdomen, wrapping the towel from your hips over your feet.

    6. Do this back and forth 15 times for a total of one set.

    7. You can do three sets of each exercise, for a total of 45 times.
