Causes of ectopic pregnancy

Causes of ectopic pregnancy:

Ectopic pregnancy usually refers to ectopic pregnancy. Ectopic pregnancy may be caused by fallopian tube inflammation, fallopian tube abnormalities, frequent miscarriages, etc.

1. Fallopian tube inflammation: Ectopic pregnancy refers to the implantation and development of the fertilized egg outside the uterine cavity, which is mainly manifested by menopause, abdominal pain, vaginal bleeding, etc. Severe fallopian tube inflammation may cause complete blockage of the tube lumen, leading to infertility, while mild fallopian tube inflammation may cause adhesion of the fallopian tube mucosa, leading to blockage and implantation of the fertilized egg.

2. Fallopian tube abnormalities: If the fallopian tube is not fully developed, the fallopian tube is too long, the muscles are underdeveloped, the mucosal cilia are reduced, and the fallopian tube function is improperly regulated, it will usually affect the activity of the fertilized egg and lead to ectopic pregnancy.

3. Frequent abortions: If abortions are frequent, it is easy to cause varying degrees of uterine damage, which will lead to thinning of the uterine wall, changes in the implantation position of the fertilized egg, and ectopic pregnancy.

In addition to the above reasons, there may also be reasons such as contraceptive failure. When the amount of bleeding from ectopic pregnancy is large, anemia may occur, and even syncope and shock may occur, which is life-threatening. If ectopic pregnancy is found during B-ultrasound examination, timely treatment is required. During the treatment process, attention should be paid to avoid strenuous exercise and excessive fatigue, avoid high tension and mental stimulation, maintain an optimistic mood, and ensure adequate sleep.
