【Tips for body shaping】:

The "Office-Chair Roller" exercise mainly trains our abdominal muscle groups, such as the rectus abdominis and transverse abdominal muscles, which are the abdominal muscles. During the exercise, you should keep your body stable, avoid hunching your back, and focus on your abdomen. You should also pay attention to the stability of your core muscles, maintain normal breathing and do not hold your breath to prevent compression of your lumbar spine.
