Ingredients: 3 pieces of laurel, 20 grams of cucumber (cut into sections), 1 cherry tomato (cut in half), 3 mushrooms, 1 slice of cheese, 3 bamboo skewers

Sauce: 20g of each laurel salad, mixed with various condiments.

 (豬肉鬆12克、鮪魚罐頭20克、芥末醬5克)

Serving size: 3 servings

Preparation method:

1. Mix the laurel salad with pork floss, canned tuna and mustard sauce to make a trio salad dressing

2. Season the mushrooms and put them into the pan with the scallions, fry until they are browned.

Ingredients: 90 grams of salmon fillet, salt and pepper to taste, 3 slices of pressed white toast, 3 blanched thin asparagus, 50cc of milk foam.

Sauce: 30g laurel salad, 30g whipped cream, 5cc brandy

Serving size: 3 servings

Preparation method:

1.Cut the salmon fillet into 1 piece (about 30g), season and fry in a frying pan until browned.

2. After molding the white toast, place it in the oven and bake it at 140 degrees for about 8 minutes, then bake it at 180 degrees for 2 minutes, and take it out for later use.

3. Mix the whipped cream with laurel salad and brandy to make a sauce. Arrange the ingredients on a plate in order and top with milk foam.

Sauce: 30g laurel salad, 10g Thai roast chicken sauce, 10g shrimp roe

Serving size: 3 servings

Preparation method:

1. Place the scallion pie in a small mold, put it in the oven, and bake at 160 degrees for about 7 minutes until the crust is crispy.

2. Mix the laurel salad with Thai roast chicken sauce and shrimp roe to make a sauce.

3. Peel the grass shrimps and then assemble the ingredients and place them on a plate.
