Exercise is always ineffective? 5 Ways to Burn Calories Fast

Why do I not see any results even though I have already developed the habit of exercising? If the definition of "crazy" is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different result, then repeating the same exercise routine over and over again and hoping to get good results is absolutely stupid. Method 1: Use music to guide the exercise rhythm

For those who are used to listening to music while running, when the chorus sounds, try to lift your knees to waist level (or higher) and keep moving forward, remember to keep the beat! When the chorus ends, continue with the original pace and repeat until the entire exercise process is completed.

Method 2: Distraction

Method 3: Keep yourself in a changing environment
