  • Ingredients: half an apple, 1/3 purple onion, 1 romaine lettuce (about 50 grams), 2 king oyster mushrooms, half a red pepper, half a yellow pepper, 2 large pieces of wet black fungus, 1 tablespoon of unsalted mixed nuts, 1 ounce of chicken breast.

  • Sauce: 1 piece of young ginger, 100cc fruit vinegar, and appropriate amount of sea salt.

  • practice:

    1. Prepare ginger fruit vinegar first and set aside. First, wash, peel and slice the young ginger, sprinkle with sea salt and stir until water comes out, soak in fruit vinegar for 1 hour, and the ginger fruit vinegar is ready.

    2. Blanch the king oyster mushrooms and black fungus and set aside. Roast and slice the chicken breast and set aside.
