《Action 1: Squat to clean the window》

Stay for 2 to 3 seconds and then return to the original position. This movement can move the hip joints, promote blood circulation, exercise the thigh and buttocks muscles, and effectively burn calories. In addition, the shoulder joint is activated by lifting the hands, which can reduce the risk of joint adhesion and frozen shoulder.
