2 exercises to train deep muscles without sagging your belly

Action 1/

Inflate the triangular spinal pillow to 70% to 80% full and place it in a valley shape on the chair. Hold the back of the chair with both hands, sit deeply in the chair, relax below the knees, and lift your legs like this. Please be careful to keep your center of gravity balanced and do not sway left or right. The goal is to last for 1 minute.

Action 2/

Do not exert force below the knees, and consciously put your weight only on your waist, hips and thighs, and only lift your right leg for 10 seconds. Lift only your left leg in the same way and count to 10 seconds. Alternate left and right, aim for 3 minutes!
