Get rid of the carrots! 2 movements to easily slim your calves

Step 1/ Open your feet to hip width.

Step 2/ Extend your left foot forward at 45 degrees.

Step 3/ Extend your body downwards, grab the toes with the hand on the same side and pull the sole of the foot backwards.

Step 4/ Make sure your upper body is straight.

Step 5/ Feel the muscles on the back of your calves being stretched.

Step 6/ Coordinate with breathing for about 30 seconds.

Step7/ Change feet and start again.

The second approach

Step 1/ Sit down with your legs straight and your feet hip-width apart.

Step 2/ Grab your right foot and move it towards your pubic bone.

Step 3/ Make sure your chest is straight.

Step 4/ Extend your hands and body and press down toward your left foot.

Step 5/ Grab the soles of your feet with both hands and pull them towards your body.

Step 6/ Feel the muscles on the back of the thighs and calves being stretched.

Step 7/ Stand up after 30 seconds of breathing.

Step 8/ Pay attention to whether both sides of the pelvis are sitting properly on the ground.

Step9/ Change feet and start again.
