People with weak stomachs or chronic gastroenteritis should not consume them to avoid damaging the stomach qi by eating too much, and the fiber accelerates intestinal peristalsis and causes diarrhea.

  • Ingredients: 3 sheets of bean curd skin (45 grams), 150 grams of mung bean sprouts, 70 grams of carrots, 100 grams of enoki mushrooms, 30 grams of young ginger, 100 grams of green beans, 50 grams of black fungus, and appropriate amount of oil.

  • practice:

    1. Chop carrots, black fungus and green beans into shreds, put them into boiling water with bean sprouts, remove from the pot and drain; chop young ginger, wash and separate enoki mushrooms, and set aside.
